This is just the sort of thing that I need to know about at the moment, so I will read it carefully and fully (maybe latter tonight). Am I right in attributing all this to Roger Hays, founder member of the British Constitution Group?

It sounds like you are already in contact with the excellent British Constitution Group, which I've just joined!
I went to their recent Telford Conference where we learnt how to indict people under Common Law using Grand Juries.

Grand Juries are necessary to revive because, in my own direct experience, senior GLOS police and the CPS wont do their jobs: senior police wont
even register still less properly investigate complaints concerning organised elite crime, even when there is public documentary evidence supplied.

This is regarding:

elite associate paedophile rings (more below)
also elite banking, finance, also tax haven fraud rings,
also comprehensive election fraud rings,
also comprehensive oil and gas energy cartel fraud ring,
(the oil and gas cartel fraud system is
a comprehensive fraud, across our whole economy).

also the elite war promoting and war profiteering rings
(the CIA and allies have been in the business of
systematically destabalising the 2 & 3rd World for
corporate profit since it was founded). its not
an intelligence organisation so much as a covert war
and terror organisation.

also elite 'civil law' fraud rings
also the elite climate science fraud ring.
also elite controlled faith fraud rings
also the elite's universal education cartel fraud ring
which education cartel fraud is universal

The reasonable suspicion is that for about a century
paedophiles have been systematically entrapped
by our own and other secret services, also by
secret societies, and then assiduously promoted
to the very top of the UK civil service, and
of the UK's justice, also the UK's party politics,
just because they can then be controlled at
the very top, via blackmail. So the benign
don't get promoted to the top, but the malign do.

The original entrapment generally occurs at
prestigious universities, which are staked out
for this very purpose; with people who read
such as PPE & law being particularly targeted,
as these tend to go on into the political
legal, public service, news/current
affaires and corporate CEO top jobs.

Until I realised the blackmail potential of
promoting pederasty rings to positions of power
and researched it enough to realise it had
been one of several secret services' tools
for nearly a century, it was only then
that I began to understand how and why UK and
Global Oligarchies can work so extremely
covertly and malignly, via the media and
public life also via corporate life.

Our Party Political Government and
the Corporatised Media are certainly
comprehensively criminally malignant
but how much that is simply via
financial incentives and how much via
blackmailed rings, we can in most cases
at the moment, only surmise.

So the question remains how much have
secret services and secret societies
been governing us via blackmail rings
and how much has the oligopoly simply
incentive bribed the present level of
criminal malignancy in senior public
and senior media also in senior
corporate offices?
